Class-certified remanufactured engine components, supplied as exchange units from stock worldwide. Fast delivery, 24-month claims coverage* and a lower carbon footprint than new parts.
Since 1979 we have developed the exchange concept for turbochargers and governors. You receive a remanufactured, class-approved unit from stock, fit it during the planned stop and send your worn unit back to us. Shipowners and managers around the world rely on it for one reason: it is predictable.
*See our General Conditions for Service Exchange.
Type and procedure approval sits on the process, not on the single job. Every PJX™ unit is remanufactured the same way and documented the same way.

We are commissioning a laser cladding cell with two 6 kW lasers at our workshop in Jyllinge. Robots guide the lasers, building a metallurgically bonded surface on worn components, so parts that would otherwise be scrapped are restored beyond the limits of chrome plating or thermal spray.
Commissioning runs through the autumn. First customer jobs follow, and we will share the process documentation with customers and partners as it is completed.
